Marcela Fernandez - Commercial Manager

   
     

Marcela, who has a Degree in Public Relations, has worked in International and Export Sales roles both here in the UK and in her home country of Argentina. In her last position, she was responsible for Customer Relations in more than 30 countries for a UK consumer business, helping the company to achieve significant growth and to be awarded the Queen’s Award for Export.

Previously, as a Latin American Sales Manager for another UK consumer company, she developed new business opportunities in South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

 
     

     
Tracy Haines - Customer Services Team Leader - Export
     

Tracy joined Corin in 1997 and has been working in UK Customer Services where she has also had full responsibility for the Corin Care range, including stock and order book management for both UK and Export markets. In 2005 Tracy has moved into our Export Customer Services Team looking after our Distributors around the world.

 
     

     
Amanda Higgs - Export Customer Services Administrator
     

Amanda joined Corin in 1999 and has worked in our Quality Administration Department and also in our Stores and Despatch area.  She joined our Customer Services Team in the role of administration support at the beginning of 2005.

 
     

     

Stella Ellis- Customer Export Customer Services Administrator

     

Stella first joined Corin in 2000 where she has worked in our Production Control  Department before joining the Customer Services  team in May 2007. Her background has always been in the manufacturing industry which has given her great experience in handling internal and external customers’ requirements. Stella has an Italian background and her language skill is very welcome by our Italian speaking customers.

 
     

     
Sarah Hill - Customer Services Team Leader - UK and Subsidiaries
     

Sarah joined Corin in September 2007 having worked in a technical sales role for the Engineering Industry for the past twenty years. She has extensive experience in Customer Services and her responsibility is to look after our UK and Subsidiaries Customer Services Team.

 
     

     
Laura Collington - UK Customer Services Administrator
     

Laura has joined the UK Customer Services Team in 2006 after working in our Marketing Department for a couple of years, where she was responsible for managing the ordering and shipment of Marketing support materials to our Global Sales Team.

 
     

     

Charlotte Birchall - UK Customer Services Administrator

     

Charlotte joined the Customer Services team in March 2008.  Over the years, Charlotte has worked in different customer service related roles developing her experience in this area.  Before joining Corin, Charlotte was working for a UK leading Building Society within its Customer Services Department.
